To keep the people we support safe and to maintain high standards of care, we follow a simple recruitment process.
Enhanced DBS
Enhanced DBS check is required for all care roles to help protect vulnerable adults.
Right to Work in the UK
You must have the legal right to work in the UK before employment can begin.
Experience (Helpful, Not Essential)
Experience is welcomed, but entry-level candidates can apply, full training is provided.
Driving Licence (Where Needed)
A driving licence may be required for community-based roles, depending on the position.
